Warranty of Compatible and Remanufactured items


Compatible and remanufactured items are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase. These items are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards, guaranteeing performance.

Peacockinkjet also warrants that under normal use and subject to the conditions stated below, these items will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible machine.

The tampering of any PeacockInkjet product by any person or people, other than by an Peacockinkjet representative, voids all warranties and releases Peacockinkjet from all liability.

Peacockinkjet's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

STMC Standardized Products


Most of our suppliers of remanufactured and compatible cartridges are now STMC Qualified. This means better quality and less defects and returns to deal with. You can purchase from us with confidence.

STMC stands for Standardized Test Methods Committee. This global committee was formed to find and promote standardized test methods for the printer cartridge industry. Standardized test methods are defined from ISO, ISTA, and ANSI standards.

A company that is STMC certified is one that has had their employees successfully trained by an authorized trainer in these test methods, attests to using these test methods, and has purchased the correct test equipment. By purchasing STMC certified products you can be assured that you will receive the highest levels of performance, reliability and quality with each cartridge.
